The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,325,307,448,379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that petitioners no.1 and 4 entered into the house of the informant and assaulted his sister by lathi, danda and when the informant came to rescue his sister then all the accused abused and assaulted the informant with lathi and danda and petitioner no.1 took Rs.10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50450 of 2014 (3) dt.27-04-2015 from the sister of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the dispute has been settled between the parties and a petition to that effect has been filed before the learned court below which is Annexure-2 to the petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with N.T.P.C. Khaira P.S. Case No.
of on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Aurangabad subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
