The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 257 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120-B, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the specific allegation against the petitioner that he shot the brother of the informant dead, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
