11-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has got no connection with the intercepted vehicle, he has no criminal antecedent and has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. It is submitted that he is a businessman and is not likely to abscond if granted privilege of regular bail.

Learned counsel for the State is present and opposes the prayer for bail.

No.26402 of 2018 (4) dt.11-06-2018 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - 1st, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Sahpur P.S.
