2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, it has been alleged against the petitioner and others that they have assaulted the brother of the informant by rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025.
