Petitioner, who is a tempo driver, was carrying 85.500 litres of countrymade wine, having no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 31.07.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner, Md. Meraj Miya @ Md. Meraj Mian @ Meraj is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Kundwachainpur P. S. Case no.66 of 2016.
