The petitioner being the Dewar has been in custody since 28.03.2019 in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 181/2010 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the present petitioner who is a Dewar and the husband of the deceased lady has already been taken into custody. It is further submitted that in view of the general and omnibus allegation against him, he may be extended the privilege of bail.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
