The petitioner is accused in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner was not apprehended on the spot rather his name has been disclosed by co-accused Bijendra Mehta @ Digga Mehta as his associates, except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13436 of 2017 (2) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda Kishanganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
