However, learned counsel for the State as well as the respondent nos. 7 and 8 are present. It appears from the records that this application was earlier dismissed on 30.8.2011 for non prosecution which was later on restored vide order dated 15.7.2015 passed in M.J.C. No. 4133/2011. Once again when the matter is called out none has appeared to press the same.

As a result, this application is again dismissed for want of prosecution.
