ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of material which has transpired against the Petitioner during investigation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 244 of 2014 pending before Sri Parwal Dutta, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna.
The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Court below, failing which, the Court below shall take
