Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint case No.352 of 2011 , registered for offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. As per the complaint case, petitioner happens to be husband and the allegation against him is of demand of Rs.50,000/- and for that torturing her . It is also alleged that a Panchayat was hold and in the Panchayat the petitioner assaulted the complainant and ousted her from the house. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that all allegations are false and concocted. He is ready to keep

It appears from perusal of the record that the notice was issued to O.P.no.2 and the same has been received by father of the O.P.no.2 and a petition for joitness has also been filed by way of supplementary affidavit showing that O.P.no.2 is residing with her father.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Ist, Nawada in connection with Complaint Case No.352 of 2011 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
