The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 14.05.2016 in Motipur P.S. Case No.133/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1-b)a/26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 20/ 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated on an allegation that the petitioner had assembled for committing dacoity. He submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. However, fire-arms loaded with
