Petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 379/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 33/41 of the Forest Act.

The petitioners were apprehended while they were carrying forest product i.e., wood log.

The petitioners are in custody since 17.01.2017 and have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11288 of 2017 (3) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur/Successor Court, in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioners in this case.
