1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25652 of 2025, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before a learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical mistake on the part of the learned counsel
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43235 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/3 of the petitioner, the Father's name of the petitioner as well as address has wrongly been mentioned in the cause title as "son of Late Ramnaresh Singh R/o-VillageHichachhan Bigha, P.S-Daudnagar, District-Aurangabad" instead of "Son of Lallu Yadav, Resident of VillageNawada, Police Station- Sahar District-Bhojpur", as such, he could not surrender before the concerned Court within the time granted by this Court. He, accordingly, prays for modification of his father's name and address in the cause title of Cr. Misc. No. 25652 of 2025 and further two weeks' time to surrender before the concerned Court.

Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, let the father's name and address of the petitioner be read as "Son of Lallu Yadav, Resident of Village- Nawada, Police Station- Sahar District-Bhojpur" instead of "son of Late Ramnaresh Singh R/o-VillageHichachhan Bigha, P.S-Daudnagar, District-Aurangabad" and let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25652 of 2025 be extended by further two weeks from today subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 1,000/- before the District

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
