ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 327 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Atari P.S. Case No. 221 of 2014 pending before Syed Qamru Hassan Rijivi, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Court below, failing which, the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
