Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354B, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner being widower first proposed to marry the informant and thereafter on 24.03.2015 at 5:00 P.M the petitioner made an attempt to establish physical relationship and snatched gold chain. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that frivolous accusation has been levelled and for the occurrence of 24.03.2015 the written report was submitted to Janta Darbar of the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur at Bhabhua on 26.03.2015 which came to be registered as police case on 01.04.2015.

Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua, Kaimur.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
