JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 364 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the police, on information, was conducting the vehicle check in which the pick up van was intercepted when four persons were apprehended but these petitioners managed to flee away after throwing the pistols on the place of occurrence.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that admittedly there is no recovery from the petitioners and petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25522 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 nos. 1 and 3 have no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 487 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Sheikhpura. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
