Petitioner is accused in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 385, 308, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C.

The allegation is that the petitioner and his wife called the informant and attacked upon him by means of sharp cutting weapon, as a result of which, he became unconscious. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2016, having no criminal antecedent.
