2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on 15.02.2024 at about 4 PM, this petitioner established physical relation with informant after making her unconscious with an intoxicated samosa. Victim in her statement, recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case and has categorically stated that this petitioner committed rape with her.

4. Considering the accusation and statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., prayer for
