The petitioners seek bail in Bikramganj P.S. case No. 118 of 2016 under Section 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are brother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. The deceased was married with Sanjan Choudhary in the year 2014. The informant made omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of Sanjan Choudhary or his wife, the deceased. The petitioners are in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47608 of 2016 (3) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 jail since 14.09.2016.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016.
