Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and co-accused Rohit Kumar were apprehended while they were going on a bike. They had no papers of the bike. From possession of the petitioner five ATM cards were recovered besides cash and from possession of co-accused Rohit cash as well as Adhar card was recovered. Investigation is complete and the police has not investigated as to who were the real owners of the ATM cards recovered from the possession. Submission is that false case has been lodged due

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4051 of 2017 (3) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 to some dispute for not using the helmet by the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/successor Court in connection with Begusarai Nagar Police Station Case No. 466 of 2016.
