The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No.230 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 342, 452, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioners were prosecuted in the case but the police has submitted final form exonerating them and the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance after differing with the final form.

In view of the above, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.
