JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim lady.

Allegation is of commission of death for dowry. The petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2015 and the trial is still pending.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4058 of 2017 (3) dt.10-04-2017 2/2 Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran/Successor Court, in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No.107 of 2015, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
