The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhankund PS case no. 10 of 2016 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and except confessional statement, there is no other material even he was not put on TIP though the informant claims to have identified the miscreants and nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that co-accused person on whose confessional statement, the name of the petitioner has been dragged in the present case, has already been granted bail vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26913 of 2018 (3) dt.28-05-2018 2/2 10.04.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. no. 20944 of 2018. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2016. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-IV, Banka in connection with Dhankund PS case no. 10 of 2016.
