Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 302 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, petitioners are named in the first information report on the accusation that they assaulted the injured person of this case but so far as deceased is concerned, it is the specific case of the prosecution that it was co- accused Ramdev Mandal who gave fatal blow to the deceased.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that investigation against the petitioners has already been completed, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like
