The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others were indulged in picking pocket in train. Having similar allegation co-accused Mithilesh Yadav @ Mitho Yadav and Shubham Yadav @ Karo Yadav have already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 2480 of 2017 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is also directed to be released on bail with the same conditions as imposed in Cr. Misc. No. 2480 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4103 of 2017 (2) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 2017 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016.
