The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1365 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 494, 498A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Mediator has recorded in his report that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the Mediator's report, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, the petitioner is directed to
