This application is for grant of regular bail arises out of Rasalpur P.S. Case No.02 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 303(2), 317(2) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

The petitioner is a scrap dealer and some articles of NTPC have been recovered from the shop of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2025.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43897 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 the learned J.M.F.C., Bhagalpur / concerned Court below, in connection with Rasalpur P.S. Case No.02 of 2025. 7.

If the petitioner is found to be involved in such type of offence in future, the court below shall cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
