The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sasaram R.P.F. Case No. 21 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section(s) 3RP(UP) Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of two pieces of Fish plate of Railways which is used in railway track, from the petitioner when he was apprehended by the police upon him being found moving in a suspicious condition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 07.09.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29093 of 2018 (3) dt.21-05-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Sasaram R.P.F. Case No. 21 of 2017.
