The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 428 of 2017 (G.R. No.6053 of 2017) for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having intercepted the informant while he was coming to his residence from the railway station and the accused persons are said to have snatched a sum of Rs.20,000/- from the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has got no complicity in the matter, since no T.I. Parade has taken place till date. It is further submitted that the petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26312 of 2018 (3) dt.05-07-2018 2/2 languishing in custody since 21.01.2017. Lastly it is submitted that though two cases are pending against the petitioner but he is on bail in both the cases.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-VII Cum A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 428 of 2017 (G.R. No.6053 of 2017).
