The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 128 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 448, 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Considering the nature of allegations as also the fact there was admittedly a dispute with regard to loan amounting to Rs. 3,000/- from the father of the petitioner and also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is/are directed to be enlarged on bail on
