Petitioner, who is husband of the complainant, is accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 277 C of 2013 registered under Sections 323, 498A, 504 of the I.P.C. and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with all due respect and honour. There is no specific allegation of overt act against the petitioner, rather the allegation levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Complaint Case No. 277C of 2013.
