This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Halsi P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 353 and 188/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at very outset, has drawn my attention to the order dated 01.05.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28769 of 2019, to submit that similarly circumstanced co-accused Bittu Kumar @ Bittu Saw @ Indrajeet Kumar has been allowed anticipatory bail.

In view of aforesaid, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with

No.37844 of 2019(2) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Mahesh Shukla, J.M. 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
