The Petitioner seeks bail in Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015(Sessions Trial No. 333 of 2016) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner was not named in the written report. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Mukesh Kumar. Similar fact has been mentioned in the impugned order of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 08.02.2016.

Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 333 of 2016, arising out of Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
