2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khodawanpur (Chaurahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 274 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that all the FIR named accused persons and other unknown persons were engaged in getting the recruitment of the candidates done by illegal means, forgery and

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is not named in the FIR rather his name has transpired on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused Sunil Kumar who was allegedly the kingpin along with co-accused Vivek Kumar Singh. Learned counsel for the petitoner submitted that petitioner is nowehre involved in the said occurrence and except confessional statement of the co-accused, there is no material against this petitioner. The co-accused person has already been granted regular bail by this Bench vide order dated 15.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17404 of 2024. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six months from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
