The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 153 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 467 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that he got fractured in an accident. Petitioner asked him to get his treatment by Dr. Praveen Kumar. The informant gave Rs. 40,000/- to the petitioner but it could not be cured and the informant went to another doctor for treatment where he found that the doctor (Dr. Praveen Kumar) wrongly fixed a simple rod without nut-bolt in place of steel plate and that is why his injury was not cured.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 153 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
