Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patrakar P.S. Case No. 172 of 2016 registered under Sections- 392/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Perusal of the seizure list shows that the same was not prepared on the spot; rather it was prepared at the Police Station, which castes doubt on the seizure. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 30.06.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on
