2. It transpires that the matter relates to the dispute raised by the petitioners with regard to non payment of their salaries for the period they have worked from October, 2013 to 09.07.2015.
3. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') has been created for
Patna High Court CWJC No.78 of 2015 (6) dt.23-11-2017 2/2 the purposes of looking into such dispute which would necessarily involve facts and verification of records.
4. Having considered the aforesaid, the Court is of the opinion that the petitioners should move before the Authority in the matter. If the same is done within four weeks from today, the Authority shall consider and dispose off the appeal on merits expeditiously and within the statutory period.
5. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
