The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 130 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding snatching of motorcycle from the informant by the accused persons.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the course of investigation the name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confessional statement of Nikesh Kumar. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an accused in two other cases but he is on bail in the said two cases. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 13.10.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.26200 of 2018 (4) dt.31-05-2018 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 130 of 2017.
