2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 174 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the assailant. He has assaulted the victim on the head and has also assaulted the victim in his stomach. The petitioner is in jail since 06.09.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
