2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Araria in appeal on 18.05.2012, but even after lapse of six years the Appellate Authority has not decided the appeal preferred by the petitioner.

3. Considering the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Araria to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.22336 of 2014 dt.04-10-2018 2/2 on 18.05.2012 expeditiously preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
