The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this restoration application has been filed for restoration of Civil Review No. 425 of 2014. It has been pointed that the defect no. 5, as pointed out by the stamp reporter, related to the petitioner no. 2 in the review application. It has been further submitted that there is no petitioner no. 2 in the review application and in the connected second appeal and, therefore, the said defect no. 5 is misconceived.

After perusal of the records and considering the submissions, the restoration application is allowed and the civil review no. 425 of 2014 is restored to its original file. The office is directed to obtain a clarification with regard to the defect no. 5 and thereafter proceed accordingly. Devendra/- (V. Nath, J) U
