JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 3.3.2020, passed in Cr.Misc.No.74713/2019. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to countrywide lockdown, petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the time stipulated in the aforesaid order. In that view of the matter, modification petition is allowed. Petitioner is granted six weeks' further time to surrender before the Court below in compliance of the said order.

Order dated 3.3.2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.
