2. This is the second successive bail petition of the petitioner.
3. It appears from perusal of records and submission that the trial court was directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
4. Petitioner remains in custody since 15.03.2023, where after framing of charge, examination of prosecution witnesses started and till now only one witness has been examined in this case.
5. From the report of learned trial court vide its letter No.97/2024 dated 30.10.2024, it appears that trial of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46015 of 2024(6) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 this case may likely to be concluded within one year.
6. Considering the period of custody, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within nine (9) months by taking this matter on day to day basis.
7. The Superintendent of Police, Supaul is also directed to produce the prosecution witnesses as and when directed by the learned trial court so as to conclude the trial within the aforesaid period.
8. Office is directed to send a copy of this order to Superintendent of Police, Supaul also for necessary and urgent compliance.
9. If the trial of this case is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail, if so advised.
10. With the aforesaid direction and observation, the present successive bail petition stands rejected on second occasion also.
