Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 370(A), 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code and various sections of the Immoral Traffic Act.

According to the prosecution case itself, deceased was AID patient but even though the petitioner forced her to indulge herself in flesh trade. However, subsequently, deceased died. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner happens to be mother of the deceased and except statement of the witnesses, there is nothing on the record to show that the deceased was forced to get indulged herself in flesh trade. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
