The petitioners is in custody since 16.04.2019 in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No115/ 2019 (Special Case No.3890/2019) registered under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the alleged recoveries were made from the two bags and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal history, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learend
