2. This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been filed to quash the First Information Report of Kotwali (Patna) P.S. Case No. 694 of 2014, registered under Sections 341, 323, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2085 of 2015 dt.04-02-2017 would appear from the Complaint Case No. 24753 (C) of 2014, which is the basis of F.I.R. of Kotwali (Patna) P.S. Case No. 694 of 2014 that the dispute is of civil in nature.
4. On going through the complaint petition, which is the basis of the F.I.R. of Kotwali (Patna) P.S. Case No. 694 of 2014, I find no reason to quash the same.
