2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No. 233 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of POCSO Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.01.2023. He further submits that he is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The petitioner is said to have taken victim girl to Punjab.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten
