JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation of kidnapping the son of the informant is against the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. The victim has been recovered and her statement has been recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in which she has not named this petitioner. The other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 33268 of 2014.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of
