The petitioner is an accused in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 384 of 2016, registered under Section 25(1-B)a, 26 (ii) of the Arms Act.
The accusation is of recovery of one country made pistol and two live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is also involved in four other cases, as detailed in para-03 of the petition.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and also criminal antecedent, as detailed in para-03 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20065 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 the petition, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner, above named, is rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
