Carbine having kept inside a bag was found near about, a group of persons, who were engaged in smocking ganja whereupon suspecting their activities, the police swung into action, seized the bag and apprehended three persons namely Pravin Kumar, Abhyanand Kumar (petitioner) as well as Bhola Kumar while one Mrinal Kumar @ Minu ran away there from. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 29.06.2016, having no criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition.
